Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from our clients, our suppliers, our employees, and from our clients’ customers, members, volunteers, suppliers, or other stakeholders, in the regular course of doing business. If it’s a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another organization. For example, we might pass on the financial information you give us to a credit reporting agency in order to complete a credit check. We might pass on your name and address to a courier company in order to complete a delivery. If we are conducting contests, surveys, or focus groups we might pass on your information to the client on whose behalf we are doing that work. (In that case we would always notify you on whose behalf we are collecting the information.) We do NOT sell, share, or disclose your information to other organizations for marketing purposes.

To protect your personal information, we i) limit the number of people who have access to it; ii) keep sensitive paper information in locked filing cabinets; iii) keep sensitive electronic information in password-protected files; iv) shred or otherwise destroy sensitive information as soon as it is no longer required.
