Redbird started from scratch with this client, and built a database of supporters at the same time as we built their website. An online public survey polled 200 locals for opinions about their emerging tourism industry. An online photo contest and searchable archive collected 400 photos for use in marketing materials. And phase 1 of the website gave them an online brochure, a directory of local attractions and accommodations, and a constantly updating listing of local events. Phase 2 of the website development will build on the quality and quantity of information provided, improve performance across all site metrics from traffic to conversion, and ultimately motivate site visitors to engage repeatedly with the site and share it with their networks.
