Silken Laumann's career had evolved from Olympic athlete to motivational speaker and founder of a children's charity; but her brand communications weren't keeping up. Redbird conducted a brand workshop to establish her brand promise, brand personality, and key messaging, and created a website that would form the foundation of her new marketing.
